About the Role
As an Ecommerce Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue and profit through our online stores. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the day-to-day operation of our websites to achieve overall online objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills to build and manage product categories, product merchandising, and navigation to ensure relevant customer journeys based on Marketing, Trade, and Search activity.

  • Product Management: Assist with the product enrichment process, upload all available product information in accordance with delivery dates, and maintain a detailed view of the product catalogue.
  • Promotions and Product Uploads: Set up and test promotions in line with planned activity, upload product and promotions on marketplaces.
  • Data Analysis: Accurately report on email and website performance weekly and execute actionable insights.
User Experience:

You will be responsible for maintaining onsite search settings, continually optimising the search experience, and ensuring the customer help centre is up to date and a positive customer experience is a priority.

Marketing:

Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Creative teams to execute engaging email & SMS campaigns in line with the core marketing calendar and tactical initiatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years in an ecommerce role and/or Ecommerce degree
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Dot Digital
  • Beginner-Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and collaborative team-player
