Operations Specialist

At a leading e-commerce organization, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-obsessed Operations Specialist to help us run best-in-class digital operations and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with planning and buying teams to track inventory health by region, and jointly build demand forecasts for the channel.
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure alignment with demand forecasts, minimizing excess and obsolete stock, and propose campaign strategies that are aligned to the same.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for operational efficiencies, using data and technology to implement impactful process improvements – such as SKU accuracy, inventory sync across channels and systems.
  • Support global launches across currencies, warehouses, and storefronts.
Campaign Planning:
  • Accelerate ecommerce plans through strategic campaign blueprints such as Always-On, Ecommerce exclusive campaigns, Clearance strategies for aging inventory to help build a robust baseline sales of the channel.
  • Lead the campaign planning process of creative briefing, and partner with social media & affiliate marketing teams to activate campaigns & create content/assets that are performance driven to drive the right exposure & traffic to the website/app.
  • Analyze, share insights on campaign performance and build a strong feedback loop with & the broader marketing team (creative, influencers, brand) to optimize & test together.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in Ecommerce ops, merchandising, or supply coordination.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Ecommerce team, planning & executing campaigns on digital media channels.
