This is a live-in role, ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit team and embraces island life. As a Front Desk Professional, you will be the first point of contact for our guests - greeting arrivals, assisting with bookings, providing island information, and ensuring a warm and memorable welcome every time.
">The Role">- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle reservations and general enquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Coordinate daily transport schedules, including boat/ferry arrivals and departures.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience.
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage point-of-sale and basic administrative duties.
- Minimum 1 year of front-desk or hospitality experience.
