Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

Our Dental Centre is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and be the welcoming face of our dental centre.

  • Answer phones within established KPIs and respond to patient and staff enquiries.
  • Maximise patient appointments and minimise schedule gaps.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
  • Receive patients and assist emergency patients per HCF Dental protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Some key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining confidentiality at all times, and liaising with other Dental Centres regarding patient files and records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Neat personal appearance and excellent presentation.
  • Competence in appointment booking and account systems.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy at all times.
  • Knowledge of Dental Centre systems and procedures.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or willingness to be cross-trained.
  • Familiarity with D4W software.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Qualifications in first aid.
