Receptionist

Are you passionate about hospitality and love creating memorable guest experiences? Mercure Kooindah Waters, located on the beautiful Central Coast, is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised hotel Receptionist to join our front office team.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
• Handling reservations efficiently and accurately.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Handle phone, email, and online reservations using Accor systems
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness
• Process payments and issue invoices
• Assist with guest requests and provide local information
• Uphold Accor brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction

• Previous experience in hotel reception or reservations (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in hotel booking systems (Opera or similar)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A warm, welcoming attitude and professional presentation
• Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
