Job Title: Front Desk Administrator
">This role provides an opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and team members.
">- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure unused rooms are maintained in a clean and organised state
- Coordinate deliveries, monitor and replenish office supplies and handle errands such as banking and post office runs
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering and transferring calls with confidence and clarity
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the wider team
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, including setup and catering
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Keep reception and common areas tidy, welcoming and well presented
- Monitor and manage incoming/outgoing mail
Key Responsibilities:
">The successful candidate will have 12 months to 2 years of experience in a corporate front-of-house or reception role. They will possess strong organisational skills, a positive attitude and team spirit, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and professional presentation and communication skills.
