Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile customer payments and bills using Xero software.
  • Charge customer credit cards securely.
  • File important paperwork accurately.
  • Contact customers with overdue accounts professionally.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

About the Role:

This is a part-time role involving flexible work arrangements from home and in the office. We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for improving systems to achieve great customer outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills are essential.
