We're a small team that provides end-to-end repair solutions for businesses. We supply spare parts and accessories for mobile phones, tablets, and laptops for hundreds of repair stores around Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile customer payments and bills using Xero software.
- Charge customer credit cards securely.
- File important paperwork accurately.
- Contact customers with overdue accounts professionally.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
About the Role:
This is a part-time role involving flexible work arrangements from home and in the office. We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for improving systems to achieve great customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills are essential.
- Australian work authorisation is required.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Carrum Downs, VIC 3201.
