Part-time Bookkeeper Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our business, utilizing their skills in financial tasks such as payroll and office administration.

  • Monthly Payroll Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely monthly payroll for our team.
  • Supporting the External Accountant: Collaborate with our external accountant to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Financial Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Financial Statement Verification: Verify financial statements and make corrections as necessary.
  • Reporting: Prepare Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Reports on a regular basis.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare GST return and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Shareholder Liaison: Liaise with shareholders on financial matters.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and vibrant, with solid administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, XERO and MYOB.
