We're seeking a Power BI Developer to join our forward-thinking team and lead the development of comprehensive data visualization dashboards. About the Role

You'll be instrumental in developing Power BI dashboards that transform how we interact with data. The role involves creating internal business operations dashboards and client-facing IT monitoring solutions, leveraging data from our Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform and Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) system hosted on Azure infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build Business Operations Dashboards for service delivery, sales pipeline, and project management
  • Create IT Monitoring & Health Dashboards for internal client environment monitoring
  • Develop client-facing dashboard versions for transparent health reporting
  • Recreate and enhance existing reporting solutions with improved functionality
  • Work with data from Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases from our PSA and RMM systems
  • Assist in migrating data from various sources into a unified data lake architecture
  • Collaborate on building AI layer foundations for custom, bespoke Power BI reports
Technical Implementation
  • Develop efficient data models and DAX calculations
  • Implement data refresh schedules and automated reporting processes
  • Ensure dashboard performance optimization and user experience excellence
  • Document technical solutions and create user guides
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling
  • Understanding of SQL databases and query optimization
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes
