Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to support our clients in data analysis, requirements gathering, and designing data solutions aligned with their strategic objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis, leveraging best practices.
  • Create detailed requirement specifications, analyse business needs, design visual models, facilitate workshops, and investigate data when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain reports – gather data requirements for clients and teams.
  • Analyse data using SQL, DAX, and other programming languages to inform business decisions.
  • Lead or supervise team members to deliver complex technical projects, accountable for performance and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating requirements specifications, analysing requirements, developing visual models, facilitating sessions, and utilising relevant business analyst tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of a core domain area, including data migration processes, modern web applications, or other domains (e.g. SAP, integration platforms).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R programming skills.
