Job Description:

As an Instore Visual Merchandiser, your primary goal is to craft compelling shopping experiences that drive store success and profitability.

You will design visually captivating displays, collaborate with the management team, and mentor colleagues to uphold high visual standards aligned with our brand vision.

  1. Executing in-store creative displays, including windows and mannequins, reflecting the brand vision
  2. Analyzing reports to inform data-driven decisions on store layout and merchandising
  3. Supporting the management team to maintain visual standards
  4. Inspiring and coaching the team to deliver a world-class customer experience

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A customer-centric mindset and passion for creating excellent shopping experiences
  • Experience in a Visual Merchandiser role within a fashion retail environment
  • Love for fashion, creativity, and influencing others
  • Knowledge of key brands is preferred
  • Critical thinking and commercial awareness
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Adaptability to changing processes and procedures
