Role Summary

As a seasoned digital expert, you will be responsible for driving analytical insights and leading a high-performing analytics team. This role involves embedding analytics in digital product delivery, informing strategic direction, and ensuring data quality and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive member growth.
  • Leading a cross-functional team of analysts and collaborating with product, UX, and technology teams to align analytics with shared outcomes.
  • Designing and implementing tracking, tagging, and measurement standards across digital platforms.
  • Communicating complex data insights through storytelling and visualization to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategically planning the analytics roadmap and representing member experience needs in platform planning.

Requirements:

  • A proven leader who can inspire and empower team members to deliver exceptional results.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in mathematics, data science, economics, or similar fields, or equivalent hands-on experience in digital analytics.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio.
  • Significant experience in digital or data analytics within large, complex environments, with a strong grasp of web and app behavior analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel, with familiarity in Python or R a plus.
  • A deep understanding of segmentation, funnel analysis, and A/B testing.
