Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in asset management or related roles with demonstrated experience in the Mining sector.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects from planning to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including report writing, data presentation, and public speaking.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn from and mentor others.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor's or Post-Graduate degree in a relevant field, and certification in Asset Management (CAMA, CPAM or equivalent).
