Your Impact

Develop and drive the strategy and execution of Asahi Beverages' Hybris B2B eCommerce platform, aligning it with the company's growth ambitions. Combine a deep understanding of B2B customer needs with Hybris platform capabilities to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 5-year strategic roadmap for the Hybris B2B eCommerce platform, ensuring alignment with overall business growth objectives and seamless customer journeys.
  • Lead the implementation of a recommendation engine, prioritising enhancements that improve user experience and drive revenue through data-driven strategies.
  • Serve as the product owner for Hybris, overseeing product development, backlog management, and continuous platform optimisation to deliver business value.
  • Manage and deliver complex projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring successful project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the tech team to align design with user experience and data strategies, ensuring a seamless customer journey and driving business growth.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to address customer pain points, driving alignment between commercial goals and user needs through effective communication and leadership.

About You

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP APO/IBP or similar solutions, with a strong track record in defining, launching, and managing products that align with business goals.
  • Proven expertise in managing Hybris B2B implementations with a deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and their unique challenges, including complex systems and technical teams.
  • Certified in Project Management or Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, and working within Site Reliability Engineering frameworks.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive solutions for complex challenges.
