About the Role
As a Strategic B2B Commerce Lead at Asahi Beverages, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our Hybris B2B eCommerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year strategic roadmap for the Hybris B2B eCommerce platform, ensuring alignment with overall business growth objectives.
- Lead the implementation of a recommendation engine, prioritizing enhancements that improve user experience and drive revenue.
- Serve as the product owner for Hybris, overseeing product development, backlog management, and continuous platform optimization.
- Manage and deliver complex projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the tech team to align design with user experience and data strategies, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to address customer pain points, driving alignment between commercial goals and user needs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP APO/IBP or similar solutions.
- Must have proven expertise in managing Hybris B2B implementations with a deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and their unique challenges.
- Certified in Project Management or Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, and working within Site Reliability Engineering frameworks.
- Strong track record in defining, launching, and managing products, aligning product roadmaps with business goals.
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams and understanding complex systems with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in identifying improvement opportunities, managing project progress, and driving solutions for complex challenges.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum
