Senior Operations Executive

We are seeking a Senior Operations Executive to join our organisation on a 12-month maternity leave cover. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional resident experiences while driving operational excellence across our growing portfolio.

Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of high-quality business operations, driving retention and continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing operational training and retail management, managing projects that elevate both the resident and retail tenant experience, and ensuring seamless collaboration between property managers, retailers, service providers, and stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident operator with a sharp eye for process, people, and performance who can inspire a team and drive results.
