Business Operations Manager

This key position plays a vital role in supporting and leading our team of Veterinary Surgeons, Veterinary Nurses, and Receptionists. It works closely with the Hospital Director to drive the clinic forward and execute strategies that ensure excellent patient care, a positive team culture, and business success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks including managing the clinic schedule, invoicing, client accounts, and staff rostering
  • Daily management of the business, including recruitment, marketing, social media, and staff training
  • Supporting veterinary nurses, monitoring financial reports, and reviewing monthly profit and loss statements with the Regional Manager
  • Stock control, equipment maintenance, and staff meeting organisation
