Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods through our facilities.

Your duties will include:

  1. Managing a team of 10-15 personnel to achieve operational excellence in receiving, distribution, and quality control
  2. Ensuring accurate processing of daily inbound and outbound stock
  3. Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
  4. Supporting the company's objective of zero defects
  5. Participating in weekly management meetings to discuss operational performance and identify areas for improvement

You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of our logistics and supply chain processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in a similar management position, preferably in the furniture industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
