Club Operations Manager Full Time Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-volume hospitality and entertainment venue.

About The Role:

  • As a Club Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery across all areas of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the venue's front-of-house staff.
  • Direct and manage team members' duties and performance.
  • Monitor and manage service delivery, compliance, and incident response inclusive of team members, patrons & contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and relevant legislation at all times.
  • Handle patron enquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and reporting.
