Established in [location], our client is a renowned supplier of pumps to the mining/resources, oil & gas, power generation and various industry sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager/Sales Representative to join their existing sales team. This is a rare opportunity that will require you to utilize your sales experience and technical aptitude to increase business opportunities while contributing to the development of new sales and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Business Development/Account Manager role and possess a mechanical background or strong technical aptitude. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all sales, technical queries, business development, and administration of key accounts and new clients within allocated territories.

Your primary objective will be to increase sales through various direct and indirect methods while maintaining profit contributions. Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong business relationships with all key stakeholders, including regular client meetings and service reviews.

You will work closely with production planning to ensure that all client requirements can be met within allocated timeframes. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to provide regular client contact and handle any technical issues or relevant queries effectively.

A strong business acumen and professional attitude are essential for this role. We are looking for someone with articulate and excellent time management skills who can prioritize tasks efficiently.
