Our mission is to serve society with superior quality. To support this mission, we are seeking an experienced Key Account Business Development Manager to join our Perth Branch team.

The Opportunity

We offer a permanent full-time role with regular travel to customer locations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and evaluating business opportunities and understanding the needs of our customers.
  • Updating data, market, and customer information regularly.
  • Retailing customers through exceptional service and acquiring new customers by meeting their requirements.
  • Maintaining and developing product knowledge to ensure our service solution meets customer needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrated account management or business development experience.
  • Superior communication ability.
  • A strong customer service and/or sales background.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation and proactivity.
  • An effective collaborator with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong commitment to safety.
  • A valid driving licence.
  • Current work rights in Australia.
