Regional Operations Coordinator

This dynamic opportunity supports the smooth day-to-day operations across our region.
Reporting to the Area Manager and working closely with Human Resources and Finance teams, you'll provide essential administrative and secretarial support to staff and contractors.
Main Responsibilities- Welcoming guests to the office
- Acting as the first point of contact for staff and external contractors
- Maintaining office equipment and supplies
- Supporting the onboarding of new staff
- Assisting with recruitment, including managing interviews, verifying documents, submitting checks, and sending reminders
- Preparing compliance reports (e.g., Blue Cards, First Aid/CPR, LCS, licences, qualifications)
- Liaising with government departments regarding checks
- Scanning and emailing training documentation
- Organising catering for meetings and training sessions
- Managing property leases, maintenance requests, and damage reports
- Overseeing vehicle management
- Coordinating residential placement openings/closures
- Purchasing furniture and preparing work orders
- Using systems such as Humanforce, ELMO, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
As a proactive and approachable individual, you bring life experience, patience, empathy, and resilience. With a great sense of humour, you're confident working independently and have solid skills in Microsoft Office and Windows 10.
You Will Need- A QLD P2 or Open driver's licence
- A minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or similar discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a similar administration role
- A current QLD Blue Card or willingness to obtain
- A willingness to complete short courses required to work within QLD child protection (supported by us)
- A current Licensed Care Service (LCS) check through the Department, or willingness to obtain (supported by us)
