Council's Property Services Department plays a pivotal role in some of the most exciting community projects across the Moreton Bay Region.

Council's Property Services Department help to contribute to 3 main strategic aims:
- **Secure property** - Property Services is a lynchpin in delivering crucial community projects by ensuring that sufficient land is acquired in a timely manner to ensure successful project completion.
- **Manage property** - Property Services manages a diverse range of commercial properties, from office buildings and retail shops right through to caravan parks and aerodromes. That

- **Commercialise property** - Property Services aims to maximise revenue from its unique commercial property portfolio in order to fund important community projects.

**About the Opportunity**:
As our **_Property Operations Coordinator_**, you will be a part of the leadership team. You will lead, implement and oversee contracted property management services, ensuring appropriate lessee communications and the timely collection of rents and recovery of outgoings. You will lead your team to deliver operational and capital project planning, coordination and facilitation. You will provide oversight of budgetary requirements and cost forecasting.
You will develop a strong understanding of the commercial portfolio to provide the team with advice and direction on complex property matters. Working with the Property Services leadership team to streamline interactions regarding strategic review and transactions.
You will be a key driver of the team's capability and contribute to a culture of high performance and accountability. You will have the opportunity to develop relationships across a broad range of diverse internal and external stakeholders and ensure quality service delivery outcomes are achieved.

As the leader of the Property Operations team you will drive a culture of high performance and accountability. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be a leader with a calm approach to problem solving.
You will have experience leading and managing a team to drive high performance outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

**The Details**:

- $129,290 + 10% above EBA payment (allowance in recognition of any additional overtime, external market remuneration conditions and Council's operational requirements of this position)

- 4 weeks annual leave
