Job Overview

The Programme Management Office (PMO) Lead plays a pivotal role in the execution of large-scale and complex transformation programmes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and effective programme reporting.
  • Develop and implement robust processes, managing governance and controls.
  • Refine existing PMO practices to align with changing requirements and establish best frameworks.
  • Manage the central repository of project documentation.
  • Oversee employee manpower and capacity issues.
  • Prepare regular project status reports.
  • Monitor existing projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Analyse data and project information to identify process improvements.
  • Drive improvements and elevate PMO capabilities.
  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong project management tools and techniques knowledge.
  • Effective prioritisation skills to balance key priorities.
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in programme co-ordination/administration.
  • Previous experience in IT or related fields.
  • Certified Associate in Agile Methodologies.
  • Knowledge of fiscal planning, business case development, and contract management.
  • Advanced SharePoint and workflow skills.
