Job Description

The Transformation Programme Manager will lead and manage organisational change efforts associated with a large acquisition programme. The role involves developing and implementing change management strategies to support the programme, ensuring stakeholder engagement and buy-in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage organisational transition efforts, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.
  • Oversee adoption and integration of new processes, systems, and practices within customer organisations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications or extensive experience in organisational development or change management. They will also have strong familiarity with ADF structures and processes, as well as certification in change management methodologies.

Security Clearance
