About this Role

The Programme Transformation Specialist is responsible for leading and managing organisational change efforts associated with large-scale acquisitions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies to support complex Defence programmes.
  • Leading and managing organisational transition efforts, ensuring stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
  • Overseeing the adoption and integration of new processes, systems and practices within customer and defence organisations.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications and/or extensive experience in organisational development or change management.
  • Ideal certification in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ACMP).
  • Strong familiarity with Defence structures and processes.
  • Ability to develop and execute structured change frameworks tailored to complex environments.
  • Experience within the Defence, government or a highly regulated industry preferred.
