Job Title: Transformation Leader - Programme Director

This role is a key appointment for APRA, reporting to the Executive Director Technology and Data. The incumbent will lead the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across the organisation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex programmes and projects, leveraging their expertise in data and technology to drive business outcomes. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing programme strategies to achieve organisational objectives
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Fostering an inclusive environment that promotes collaboration and innovation
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
Key Responsibilities

The Transformation Leader - Programme Director will have overall responsibility for:

  • Programme management and project delivery
  • Collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Operational effectiveness and process improvement
  • Risk management and governance
  • Financial management and resourcing
  • External representation and networking
Requirements
