Job Title: Transformation Programme ManagerJoin a high-profile transformation programme as a skilled Programme Manager and drive impactful change with our cross-functional teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise platforms, and ability to lead complex projects from start to finish. You will play a key role in gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements across business and technical stakeholders, leading JAD sessions, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including testing and UAT
  • Collaborate with solution designers and developers to ensure seamless integration
  • Conduct impact assessments and facilitate stakeholder workshops
  • Define user stories, process flows, and review test cases
  • Translate complex business needs into technical specifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience in Programme Management roles
  • Proven expertise across IT Infrastructure, Network Uplift, Security, Cloud Storage, Data Migration, and BAU Service Management
  • Hands-on exposure to enterprise platforms: SAP, SAP-BW, Oracle Apps, PeopleSoft
  • Experience in projects involving PMO governance and industry best practices
