About the Role

The Change Lead is responsible for driving the successful implementation of an ERP transformation programme.

This role requires a unique blend of leadership, change management and project delivery skills to ensure the smooth transition to a reimagined SAP-powered environment.

Key deliverables include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with programme objectives.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of change resources across all workstreams to ensure an effective change approach.
  • Identifying and escalating programme and workstream change risks and associated mitigation actions.
  • Collaborating with communications teams to develop and deliver a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy.
Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving business outcomes through effective change management.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT AND SUPPORT FOR ERP CHANGE INITIATIVES.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver programme objectives.
