Job Role Overview

This position is centered around providing administrative support in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts through various channels including Seek.
  • Maintain effective communication with potential applicants.
  • Organize interviews in an efficient manner.
  • Complete pre-employment checks as required.
  • Manage employee files and records accurately.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate employee performance appraisal schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with the Human Resources Management Team.
  • Assist the rostering team as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration or HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in rostering software (e.g., Humanforce) and strong Microsoft Office skills are highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A positive attitude, proactive approach, and contribution to a vibrant team culture are highly valued.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS clearance.
