Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Pascoe Vale Home in a Part Time or Casual capacity. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting positive outcomes for our residents.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures.
  • Safe administration of medication is also a key responsibility.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation is essential.
  • You will adhere to national standards and legal requirements.

In addition, you will engage with residents on a daily basis, providing exceptional care and support.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience and best practice from previous Nursing roles within Australia, preferably in an Aged Care environment.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously.
  • A proactive approach to your work.
  • A genuine interest in elderly care and a desire to improve the lives of our residents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and supervise others, as well as to engage with our residents.
  • Knowledge of computerised nursing care plans.
  • The ability to work a mix of varying shifts.
Essential Requirements

Please note that you will be required to possess:

  • An NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or be willing to obtain).
  • Proof of Work rights in Australia.
  • Proof of COVID & Flu vaccination.
  • A current AHPRA Nursing Regulation.
