Career Opportunities

As a Registered Nurse with us, you will work at the frontline with our residents, supporting positive outcomes and ensuring their well-being is maintained to the highest standard. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
  • Safely administering medication
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
  • Adhering to national standards and legal requirements
  • Engaging with residents on a daily basis

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience and best practice from previous nursing roles within Australia (aged care environment highly desired)
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
  • A proactive approach to your work
  • A genuine interest in elderly care and a desire to improve the lives of our residents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and supervise others, as well as engage with our residents
  • Knowledge of computerised nursing care plans
  • The ability to work a mix of varying shifts

Essential Requirements

Please note that you will need to meet the following essential requirements:

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Proof of work rights in Australia
  • Proof of COVID & flu vaccination
  • Current AHPRA nursing registration
