Job Description:

This role involves working at the forefront of resident care, ensuring their well-being and safety are always prioritized. Key responsibilities include coordinating professional care practices according to individual care plans, administering medication safely, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, adhering to national standards and legal requirements, and engaging with residents on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for leading and supervising others, as well as interacting with our residents in a positive and respectful manner. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously will be essential in this role.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A registered nurse with experience in aged care, preferably with a focus on patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and supervise others, as well as engage with residents
  • A proactive approach to your work and a genuine interest in elderly care
  • The ability to work varying shifts and maintain accurate records

Essential Requirements:

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Proof of Work rights in Australia
  • Current AHPRA Nursing Regulation

Salary Information:

Based on industry standards and location, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure includes a generous remuneration package, reflecting our commitment to providing a fair and rewarding compensation structure for our employees.
