Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Pascoe Vale Home team on a part-time or casual basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
- Administer medication safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
- Adhere to national standards and legal requirements
- Engage with residents on a daily basis and provide emotional support
- Experience in Aged Care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A proactive approach to work and a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Knowledge of computerized nursing care plans
- Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
