Job Summary

We offer a generous remuneration package estimated to be around $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily living activities, ensuring their well-being and quality of life are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and autonomy, promoting their physical, emotional, and lifestyle interests.
  • Assist residents with personal care and hygiene needs, while encouraging their independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Nursing team to implement clinical and care interventions, as documented in the resident's care plan.
  • Prioritise workloads effectively, delivering care with decency, compassion, and respect for each resident's unique needs and preferences.
