Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their well-being and delivering care to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
  • Safe administration of medication
  • Maintaining clinical documentation
  • Adhering to national standards and legal requirements
  • Engaging with residents on a daily basis

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience and best practice from previous nursing roles within Australia (Aged Care environment highly desired)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
  • Proactive approach to your work
  • Genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and supervise others, as well as to engage with our residents
  • Knowledge of computerised nursing care plans
  • Ability to work a mix of varying shifts

Essential Requirements:

In addition to the above, you will need to provide:

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Proof of Work rights in Australia
  • Proof of COVID & Flu vaccination
  • Current AHPRA Nursing Regulation
