We are seeking a self-motivated and driven individual to foster strong relationships with landlords, investors, and clients in the property management industry.

About the Role

This position requires an ambitious professional who can list and lease new properties, generate leads through prospecting and networking, and manage follow-ups and conversions of these leads.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Property listing and leasing
  • Prospecting for potential clients and investors
  • Converting leads into sales

The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing feedback to the marketing department regarding lead generation strategies, collateral materials, and promotional opportunities.

Requirements

Essential attributes include:

  • Previous experience in business development or property management with a strong sales focus
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills

Additional requirements include a Real Estate certification (Cert 4) and a driver's license.
