Job Opportunity: Crisis Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Crisis Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping how we prepare for and respond to critical incidents.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior executives and contribute to the development and implementation of best practice crisis management governance, processes, and tools.

  • Provide expert advice and support to executive leadership during critical incidents.
  • Develop and implement crisis management frameworks, business continuity plans, and incident management plans.
  • Collaborate with relevant functions to develop and deliver training programs and exercises.
  • Conduct business impact analysis and identify time-critical functions.
  • Compile and provide insightful reports on business resilience risk profiles.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in crisis management or equivalent risk management role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of crisis management frameworks, processes, and management.
  • Practical experience in incident management and business continuity management.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities within defined timeframes.
