About the Role

We seek a skilled clinician to provide exceptional support in critical incident management. In this role, you will deliver timely and compassionate care to those affected by crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical case management, including escalations, while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Deliver psychological first aid and psycho-education to clients impacted by critical incidents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service through empathetic interactions with all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the improvement of clinical processes and practices.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information according to company protocols.
  • Support clinical escalations, complaints management, and contribute to team leadership as needed.
  • Utilize multiple systems proficiently to manage cases and deliver services effectively.
About You

You are a highly skilled clinician with experience in EAP industry, clinical services, and wellbeing support. With at least three years of post-graduate experience, you are passionate about helping others through crisis situations and providing exceptional customer service.
