About the Role

We seek a highly experienced professional to spearhead the overall operations of our client, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead overall operations of the company;
  • Manage field managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards;
  • Develop initiatives to improve overall deployment practices, timeframe, and cost efficiency;
  • Streamline workflow, manage documentation, and financial reporting;
  • Coordinate work scheduling.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:

  • A proven track record of operations or business management experience from multi-site engineering projects in the EV, C&I Solar, or telecoms sectors;
  • A Business, Technical Trade, or Engineering qualification will be highly regarded;
  • Previous experience in controlling small, multiple sites;
  • Demonstrated experience managing project scope, cost, schedules.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus attractive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
