IT Director of Technology Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT director to lead our technology infrastructure team at ClearCompany.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organisation's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. They will work closely with other departments to ensure that our technology systems are aligned with our business objectives and meet the needs of our employees and customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee the IT department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our technology systems, including data backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the budget for the IT department and ensure that all expenditures are within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology-related issues and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the IT industry and make recommendations for their adoption.
This is a challenging role that requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT management and will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems, as well as emerging technologies and trends.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues.
