Job Title

A Front Office Representative will provide exceptional guest experiences from check-in through check-out.

  • Deliver positive outcomes for guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure an excellent reception experience for guests, including check-in/out, audits, and other procedures
  • Communicate relevant feedback to the Guest Service Manager
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Maximizing room occupancy and utilizing up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  2. Managing cash transactions and credit card payments according to hotel policies
  3. Complying with health and safety regulations, security protocols, and brand standards
  4. Collaborating with other departments as necessary
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with prior experience in conflict resolution, cash handling, and front office/concierge roles will be considered advantageous.
