Job Title: Contract Review Professional

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced contract review professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing contracts proposed by clients or subconsultants, identifying key clauses for negotiation, and liaising with the business to negotiate these clauses.

The role also involves dealing with general contract queries from the business units, completing contract reviews against existing company guidelines, and undertaking legal research for the APAC Risk Management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a legal, commercial or contracts environment is essential;
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail when reviewing and assisting with legal documents;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a positive and proactive attitude;
  • Prior law firm, in-house experience or experience in a contract management or review role is highly regarded.
