We are seeking a highly skilled professional to review automotive loan documents, work closely with dealers and lending officers to resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process contracts in a timely manner.
  • Organize tax invoices for payment and ensure consistency with system information.
  • Communicate clearly with dealers regarding errors or documentation issues.
  • Verify income and expenses.
  • Allocate monies to correct recipients and prepare Dealer Tax Invoices for payment.
  • Make clear notes for accounts processing and recheck payment details submitted.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls and emails.
  • Identify dealer needs and offer solutions to problems with accounts.
Requirements:
  • Recent qualifications in Finance or equivalent experience in the financial services industry.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
