Dentons is a leading global law firm offering career advancement opportunities. We're looking for skilled professionals to join our Risk & Compliance team in Sydney.

The Contracts Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to review, analyze and manage contracts with clients and vendors/suppliers. This role requires attention to detail, ensuring all agreements align with regulatory standards and company policies.

  • Coordinate contract reviews to ensure compliance with legal regulations
  • Document and track agreed terms and obligations
  • Collaborate with Corporate and Business Services teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood
  • Conduct due diligence on new vendors/suppliers
  • Maintain the client and vendor contract database
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract-related matters
Key Skills

We seek an experienced Contracts Analyst with 5+ years' experience in a legal or financial environment, who can thrive in a stakeholder-focused role. Required skills include:

  • Contract analysis or similar experience
  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and precision in capturing terms and deliverables
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
