Senior Contract Review Specialist

We are looking for an experienced contract review professional to join our team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a legal, commercial or contracts environment and be able to assess and review contracts proposed by clients or subconsultants.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and review contracts for negotiation
- Liaise with the business on key clauses
- Handle general contract queries from the business units
- Support Corporate Counsel with claims and disputes
- Implement process improvements to ensure an efficient contract review function
- Previous experience in a legal, commercial or contracts environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a close team environment
