As a Contract Review Specialist, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to review and manage contracts with clients and vendors. Your focus will be on guaranteeing all agreements align with our legal obligations, policies, and regulatory requirements.
You'll gain valuable experience in contract management within a global legal environment, supporting both client and vendor relationships. Reporting to the Operational Risk Manager, you'll be part of a team that values excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity — where your contributions will be recognized and your growth supported.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the review of client and vendor contracts to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Document and track agreed terms and obligations
- Collaborate with Corporate and Business Services teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood and met
- Conduct due diligence on new vendors/suppliers in line with our Procurement Policy and Modern Slavery Act 2018
- Maintain and manage the company's contract database
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract-related matters
- Assist with audits, policy updates, and compliance reporting
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You should also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contract review and management, with a solid understanding of legal regulations and company policies. A degree in a relevant field would be advantageous.
