Job Expectations

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and resilience across our interfacing platform services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on building Australia's future, leaving a legacy for all Australians. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with Wholesale Broadband Agreement (WBA) obligations and other commercial contracts. By coordinating program delivery and management initiatives, you will contribute to the success of our Customer Delivery teams, Residential and Business Partners, and Field Services network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service governance, monitoring performance, and leading service improvement initiatives.
  • Manage escalations, coordinate defect triage, and ensure service continuity.
  • Support project and program delivery, partner advocacy, and governance activities.
