Job Title

We are seeking a talented and experienced leader to fill the role of Service Delivery Supervisor. In this position, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and coaching to local facilities management teams to meet schedules, contract specifications, and service standards.

  • Effective Leadership: Provide guidance and support to local facilities management teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
  • Coaching and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Scheduling and Contract Management: Ensure that all scheduling and contract requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Incident Reporting and Escalation: Report and escalate incidents and issues using established platforms.
  • Tender Preparation and Support: Assist regional and national operations managers with tender preparation and quotations.
  • Compliance and Standards: Maintain compliance with ISO certifications and related standards.
  • Site Visits and Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of contract services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Certificate IV in Horticulture or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Strong physical fitness for manual handling and environmental demands.
  • Formal leadership training or demonstrated experience in supervising staff.
  • Practical understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
  • Experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to inclusion and supporting people with disabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
