Senior Service Delivery Manager

We are hiring a Senior Service Delivery Manager responsible for delivering services to our clients across the ANZ and APAC regions.

This key leadership role covers various aspects such as resource management, project delivery, consulting delivery, product collaboration, commercial consulting, and customer support.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in these areas: insight into AU/NZ Payroll Legislation, experience in SAP HR/Payroll environment, involvement in SAP Payroll and/or HR system and processes, project implementation, previous usage of SpinifexIT solutions, ability to coach, mentor, drive, and lead a team, growing, planning, and managing services capacity and utilization outcomes, multi-tasking of competing priorities with high attention to detail, strong customer service ethics, professional approach, and commercial acumen.

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you'll be empowered to work with the management team, exercising leadership and consulting expertise, leading a team to ensure timely collaboration with different teams to support sales activities and deliver quality services, liaising with existing and new clients on solution usage and training needs, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovation.
